RITZVILLE, Wash. (KREM) – Authorities in Washington state say a 70-year-old skydiver was killed in a mid-air collision with another skydiver while participating in a group jump.The Adams County Sheriff’s Office identified the skydiver killed in the Sunday night incident as 70-year-old Randy Hubbs. He had approximately 800 jumps and was a member of the
